We are not going to bore you with a long sales pitch and lengthy company history, only give you a little background about us and where we are coming from.

Our company was founded 5 years ago by a team of people all of whom had a wealth of retail experience in the IT and electrical industry.

Our passion is to engage with our customers and educate them by giving sound advice about getting the best out of their printers, and how reduce the amount the industry rips them off. Doing this has built trust between us, and our clients.

Our vision is to strive to provide the finest customer service available, by going beyond what customers expect.

The company started life as a cartridge-refilling centre, offering a drop in service, and this remains today a part of our business activities. Cartridges come in all shapes and sizes and we see them all. This helps keep us abreast of the latest technology in the printer industry.

Dealing with people face to face as we do in our retail outlet, and engaging our customers in conversation, we get to know peoples printing habits and what their feelings are about the shortfalls of various types of printer.

The biggest issue with all of them is not print quality as you may think, but print quantity.

A person who only prints very little probably has no problem, but anyone else will feel the expense, even if they refill their cartridges as they can only be refilled a few times.
